  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    All products on our website are individually made for you, which means they will not be immediately dispatched after placing your order; Please allow 10 working days for your order to be sent out. You will receive a notification via text / email from us once we have handed your parcel to the relevant courier company. If it has been longer than the 10 working day period, please do not hesitate to email us at sales@lanesoffurlondon.co.uk and someone will be more than happy to help.
  • How much is delivery?
    All orders placed within the UK will be at a flat charge of £15 which is a next day delivery service (excluding weekends). We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For, secure & insured postage for all shipping within the UK and parcels should arrive before 1pm the following day. You will be notified from the courier company directly with tracking updates, in which you will also be able to re-arrange delivery etc. All orders placed outside the UK will be at a flat charge of £25 which is a 3-5-day delivery service (excluding weekends). We use Parcelforce Worldwide secure & insured postage for all shipping outside the UK You will be notified from the courier company directly with tracking updates, in which you will also be able to re-arrange delivery etc.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Unfortunately as all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds - exchange or credit note only. Please add a note inside the package with your original order number, stating what size you wish to exchange for. We do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us - We suggest a service that is tracked and signed for. Any items sent back for an exchange should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. If we feel this isn't the case, the item(s) will be sent back to you.   • What if my parcel arrives damaged?
    In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at sales@lanesoffurlondon.co.uk and someone will be more than happy to help. We will arrange for the item to replaced or repaired as soon as possible for you.
  • Can I customise a coat?
    We can customise majority of the styles you see on the website in terms of colour and size; If you are above a UK 12, please get in touch as this is something that we do offer but would need full measurements from yourself. We have over 30 colour options to choose from so if you are after a specific tone, we will be able to match this. Please note, all customised coats will be non-refundable / exchangeable.   • Do you have a store?
    Unfortunately, we are an online business only with no physical store. Please be assured that all images you see on our website have been taken of our own products and are a true representation of what you will receive.
