Please note, all items are handmade and therefore will not be shipped immediately after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 10 working days before your order is dispatched, and we will notify you via email or text when your order has been sent. Shipping cost to UK is £15 (sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For, secure & insured postage). International shipping (non-UK) is £25 (sent via Parcelforce Worldwide secure & insured postage).

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately as all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds - exchange or credit note only. Please add a note inside the package with your original order number, stating what size you wish to exchange for. We do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us - We suggest a service that is tracked and signed for. Any items sent back for an exchange should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. If we feel this isn't the case, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
